LG Energy Solution Wrocław ranked second among the most attractive employers in Poland, recognized for its job stability and professional development opportunities. The survey included 171,000 respondents globally, including 4,600 participants in Poland, who evaluated 6,400 companies based on financial stability, career growth, and workplace atmosphere. The company’s strong ranking is the result of long-term efforts to ensure employment stability, support employee development, and create a positive work environment.
The company LG Energy Solution Wrocław has been ranked among the best Polish employers in the ranking developed by Forbes Polska and Statista – ‘Poland’s Best Employers 2024’. The compilation includes 300 companies operating in Poland, whose positively distinguished HR activities deserve recognition.
The 500 largest Polish enterprises employ a total of approximately 1.8 million people and in 2023 generated over 2.7 trillion PLN in sales revenue. In this year’s Top10 of the Rzeczpospolita’s “List of 500” ranking, we have moved up one position, taking 7th place.
On December 6th in Warsaw, the “List 2000” gala took place. Organized by the Rzeczpospolita newspaper, the ranking brings together the 2000 largest companies in Poland that play a strategic role in the country’s economy. LG Energy Solution Wrocław secured the 4th position in the ranking and maintained its leadership position in the Automotive category.
On December 5th, at Q Hotel Plus Wrocław Bielany, the prestigious gala for the Golden Hundred of Lower Silesia ranking took place, announcing the top 100 companies with the best financial results. LG Energy Solution Wrocław secured the first position, honored for achieving the highest net revenue from the sale of goods, products, and services in 2022.

In the last days of October, LG Energy Solution Wrocław was awarded during two events. The company received the “Investment in Poland” statuette and a distinction as one of the leading CIT payers supplying the state treasury.
• Representatives of LG Energy Solution Wrocław received two awards: the title “Investment in Poland” awarded by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and distinction for one of the leading CIT payers for 2022 from the Minister of Finance.
On Wednesday, October 25th, during the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna gala crowning the 11th edition of the project “There is no future without entrepreneurship,” the company received an award in the “Investment in Poland” category; on Thursday, representatives received the award from the Minister of Finance Magdalena Rzeczkowska during the TOP CIT 2022 event, which took place on October 26th before noon in the Ministry building.
During the final gala of the 11th edition of the campaign “There is no future without entrepreneurship” on Wednesday evening, Vice President Gun Tai Kim received the award in the “Investment in Poland” category.
– We are glad that the competitionjury noticed our investment not only because of its size but also because of its impact on the development of the Polish economy. – said Gun Tai Kim. – Many Polish employees have established the LG Energy Solution investment in Poland. Our workers and we co-create outstanding technology in Poland to export world-class battery products to the central regions worldwide. I want to thank them, especially for their commitment and effort in everyday work. – added, receiving the award. Two more companies were awarded in the categories: Polish brand and Polish family company.

TOP CIT 2022 gala of Ministry of Finance
The second prize awarded to the company this week is the ministerial distinction in the TOP category of 10 individual CIT taxpayers awarded by the Ministry of Finance. The other distinguished were Orlen SA, Grupa Lotos, PZU SA, and E.ON Polska SA. CIT tax for 2022 paid by LG Energy Solution Wrocław amounted to PLN 505 million.
LG Energy Solution Wrocław has been active in Poland since 2016. The dynamic development of Poland as one of the most important global players in the electromobile arena decided about the choice of the location near Wrocław. This is definitely the result of a policy favorable to new investments, open and committed to developing sustainable technologies.
The award at the Ministry of Finance was collected by the Financial Director Yong Kyun Kim.
