The Supervisory Board of PZPM adopted a resolution to include LG Energy Solution Wrocław
in the Polish Automotive Industry Association. From 1st January 2023, our company is a part of
Poland's largest automotive employers' organization, which currently includes 56 companies,
including LG Energy Solution battery-powered car manufacturers (BMW, Ford, Volkswagen
and Honda).
PZPM's activities support projects for the development and promotion of the Polish automotive
sector. The organization's activity is aimed at initiating legislative changes, giving opinions on
draft industry laws and other legal solutions important for member companies. An important
aspect of the association's activities is also taking care of environmental protection, such as
reducing CO2 emissions and pollution from vehicles.
The automotive market in Poland is growing rapidly. We are glad that LG Energy Solution is
contributing to this, providing about 700,000 EV batteries per year. Poland is one of the largest
production hubs in the industry, taking the position of European leader in the production of
batteries for electric cars. We are confident that our cooperation with the Polish Automotive
Industry Association will help increase Poland's importance on the international market by
creating the best possible conditions for automotive business right here and attracting further

take actions that will have a real impact on the development of the automotive and
electromobility industry, both from a local and global perspective - he adds.

industry is at the moment of a great change – the transition to zero-emission drives. On the other

important place when it comes to investments of the most important companies in the automotive sector. We are very pleased that such a significant company in the field of car battery production has joined our association.
