Technical employees have one of the main roles in a modern production plant. However, each post entails different responsibilities. For example: in our company, maintenance technicians are responsible for the repair and servicing of production machinery - mainly in the areas of automation, electrics and mechanics. Building maintenance technicians are responsible for general construction and maintenance work, as well as monitoring the technical infrastructure of the facilities.

Process technicians monitor production parameters, improve them and also solve any problems on the production lines.

Relocation package

Our company offers favourable conditions to people who change their place of work. We have prepared two packages:
1. expert package dedicated to people who have a minimum of 12 months of directional experience and work at a distance of not less than 100 km in a straight line from Biskupice Podgórne;
2) Package dedicated to graduates of schools of specialization or studies of 1st or 2nd degree, whose school / university and address is outside of the province of Lower Silesia. The offer is dedicated to people who will start working for our company within 12 months after receiving their diploma.

The recruitment process

If you are the person we are looking for, our recruiter will call you, make an initial verification of your knowledge and arrange an interview with your future supervisor.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, interviews are usually conducted online. The recruiter and your future supervisor will contact you using the WebEx application. You will receive a link to the interview in an email.

We will do our best to get back to you with feedback within a few working days - regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process. The maximum waiting time should not exceed two weeks.

Before you are hired you will be asked to take appropriate medical examination at Medicover facility. The contract will be signed during your first day at work at LG Energy Solution Wrocław.
