As the Company is part of the global corporations LG Energy Solution and LG Chem based in Seoul (Republic of Korea), LG Energy Solution Wrocław sp. z o.o. may transfer your personal data to the Republic of Korea (a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA)) for the purposes of providing IT services and corporate management. This is done on the basis of a comprehensive and global compliance mechanism, which includes appropriate technical and organisational measures (in particular Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure that your personal data is protected in accordance with the RODO.
