Remember about the documents
Remember to take your ID card, occupational medicine doctor’s certificate, bank account number, school certificates and employment certificates with you.

Signing a contract
On the first day, we will sign an employment contract with you, provide you with complete information about the company and familiarize yourself with the health and safety rules.

Leave your electronics at home
Remember not to take a laptop, camera, camcorder or external drive with you.

Photography is prohibited on the premises of the plant
Employees are prohibited from taking photos on the company premises. For this reason, your phone’s lens will be covered with special stickers. We assure you – the camera will not be damaged in any way.

Personal identifier
Each employee of the company has his or her own name badge with a photo. On the first day of work, we take photos for their needs.

Smart casual
Please dress appropriately (smart casual). Remember not to come in shorts or blouses that reveal your back or belly.

Working time
The first working day of Operators and Shift Leaders is 12 hours long. Engineers, office workers and technicians will spend 8 hours at work.

Employee transport
Every day, our buses deliver more than 3 thousand people to work. We have prepared as many as 25 lines, which cover over 110 towns in the Lower Silesia and Opole voivodeships.
