Why is it worth it?
Across the three previous editions of the #ChargeTheFuture program, a total of 123 participants completed their internship at LG Energy Solution Wrocław. Some of them have since joined our team permanently — already working as engineers or specialists. Year after year, we refine the program by listening to interns’ feedback, so that it best meets their needs and expectations.
“Previous editions of the program have helped us better understand students' needs and fine-tune the internship offer to support their development as effectively as possible. Many program graduates look back on this time as an important step in their career path — some of them have since become permanent members of our team.”
