This is the fourth edition of the Inter-Preschool Song Review. The idea behind this event is to familiarize children with performing on stage, but also to introduce them to different types of music. This year, the songs also provided an opportunity to recall fairy tales that the preschoolers’ parents and even grandparents used to watch.
We really want children from all preschools in the municipality to get to know each other and work together as often as possible. Four years ago, the idea of organizing the Review was born – both out of a need for integration and because of the lively presence of music in our daily work with children. As educators, we want to stimulate musical sensitivity from an early age. Talent is not important here – it's about being together and connecting through music.
Sara Nestorowicz, deputy director and choir conductor at the Public Kindergarten in Biskupice Podgórne
Children from seven institutions took part in this year’s event: the “Ul” Public Kindergarten in Biskupice Podgórne, the Local Authority Kindergarten in Kobierzyce, the Local Authority Kindergarten in Tyniec Mały, the Local Authority Kindergarten in Bielany Wrocławskie, the Local Authority Kindergarten in Wysoka, the Local Authority Kindergarten in Ślęza, and Kindergarten No. 66 “Bajkolandia” from Wrocław.
After a warm-up and breathing exercises, the children presented well-known and beloved songs, including songs from “The Smurfs,” “Maya the Bee” with the famous performance by Zbigniew Wodecki, and songs from “Miś Uszatek.” The audience also heard many songs from “Akademia Pana Kleksa.”
Many songs from Akademia Pana Kleksa are part of the preschool repertoire, but songs such as Miś Uszatek were new to the children as they prepared for the review. The songs inspired them to watch cartoons that their parents and grandparents know very well, thus connecting several generations.

It is worth noting that the choir at the Ul Kindergarten currently has 56 members. Representatives of the choir performed during the review. Choir classes begin with calm breathing exercises, which help the children calm down and relax. Only later is singing introduced. As parents emphasize, children eagerly hum the melodies they have learned while studying or playing freely. Music thus becomes not only a form of entertainment, but also a way to relax and express emotions.
Every year, LG Energy Solution Wrocław participates in the Inter-Preschool Song Contest organized by the Preschool on Ul. All groups that performed well were awarded well-deserved prizes.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the management and all the teachers – not only from the “Ul” kindergarten, but from all participating institutions – for organizing this event. We are delighted that, as a company, we can support the kindergarten's activities and co-organize such wonderful initiatives. It is our great pleasure to present the children with gifts in gratitude for their commitment, thorough preparation, and the enormous heart they put into their performances.
