The third edition of the “Charge the Future” summer internship is behind us!

Wrocław, September 30, 2025 – An internship is not only the first step on the job market, but increasingly a real investment in career development. Thanks to programs such as “Charge the Future” at LG Energy Solution Wrocław, young people not only gain experience, but also the opportunity to see if a given company matches their values and aspirations. In 2025 alone, one in ten job offers at employment offices is an internship, which shows the scale and importance of this form of career development.

Our summer program was implemented for the third time. On July 17, 25 young people from technical faculties of the Wrocław University of Technology, Poznań University of Technology, as well as students from the University of Economics and the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław, arrived for their internships at our company.

Today, September 30, we met for the last time to thank the participants for their work and commitment and to summarize the past months.

Regardless of how you pursue your career, we believe that the opportunity to test your skills at a large company such as LG Energy Solution Wrocław was a valuable experience for you. The most important thing is that you do your job with passion.

This year, students had the opportunity to join teams in the areas of production, quality, and occupational health and safety. There, they developed their technical skills under the guidance of experts, but also made their first contacts and formed friendships that will be useful to them in the future.

The most valuable advice I received during my internship was to always be creative in my designs and look for ways to improve processes. Participating in the program is a great opportunity to gain such important practical experience.

During the program, students also participated in numerous training sessions aimed at improving both hard and soft skills.

“The energy of tomorrow” from the perspective of students

During a formal meeting at the plant, awards were presented to three outstanding projects in the “Energy of Tomorrow” competition. The students’ task was to develop one of two topics: “How I see the future of electromobility” or “My idea for more efficient energy use” – in any form: presentation, film, graphics, poster, or other audiovisual or graphic work.

The students demonstrated their creativity by combining different forms in their presentations. We selected the three best projects and one honorable mention. First place went to the project “Electromobility in agriculture,” which highlighted the enormous potential of this sector, but also the challenges it faces. Second prize was awarded to the project “Electric vehicles – comfort that drives you,” and third prize to the work “Energy from life.” An honorable mention was given to the multimedia presentation entitled “How I see the future of electromobility.”

A total of 122 people have already completed internships at our factory. We wish all students that what they learned during “Charge the future” will be a springboard for further success and development.
