LG Energy Solution Wrocław on the podium of the most attractive employers in Poland

Wrocław, May 22, 2025 – LG Energy Solution Wrocław has secured second place in the ranking of the most attractive employers in Poland, according to the prestigious Randstad Employer Brand Research 2025. In the 15th edition of the study conducted in Poland, participants assessed over 6,400 companies in terms of job security, career development opportunities, and financial standing.

What Matters Most to Polish Employees

Over 4,600 respondents in Poland participated in the survey, representing working individuals, students, and job seekers aged 18 to 64. LG Energy Solution Wrocław was recognized for its employment appeal and genuine opportunities for career development, placing it second behind Allegro and ahead of last year’s leader, Volvo Polska.

The survey organizers noted significant generational differences in employment priorities.
“Generational differences in how employer attractiveness is assessed highlight how individual needs and values not only influence job market perceptions but also shape it. According to Randstad Employer Brand Research 2025, Gen Z places high value on a friendly atmosphere, salary, and growth opportunities. This sets them apart from older generations, for whom salary and job stability remain key. It is also evident that younger respondents pay less attention to a company’s financial performance. In contrast, employees from Generation X and Baby Boomers consistently prioritize security, equal opportunities, and financial stability,” summarizes Marzena Milinkiewicz, Managing Director of Randstad Poland.

LG Energy Solution Wrocław’s Contribution to Regional Development

LG’s presence in Poland dates back nearly 30 years, starting with its 1996 investment in the financial sector as LG Petrobank. The company’s transformation was supported by both the Polish government and local employees, with Poland’s talented workforce playing a key role in LG’s decision to invest in the Lower Silesia region.

"We are aware and proud that we have created the largest investment in Poland in the field of electromobility. The market today is very challenging and demanding, both for employees and employers. This is also reflected in Randstad’s ranking – major automotive brands are shifting in position. Employee expectations are evolving – organizational values, workplace culture, and growth opportunities are playing an increasingly important role. Since the beginning of our investment, LG Energy Solution Wrocław has focused on building a company culture based on respect, trust, and openness. As the research shows, our employees appreciate that. We hope to continue developing this intellectual base and our resources in the future. Today, being a good employer means more than offering job stability – it means being ready for change. We are responding to market needs by implementing diversification. This year, we signed a contract with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna to deliver one of the largest energy storage systems in Europe. Production lines designed specifically for this investment will be launched later this year. We believe that our decision to diversify was made at the right time and in the right way, and will effectively meet the needs of the market and our customers."
