On 19 November 2025, representatives of LG Energy Solution Wrocław visited the Faculty of Ethnolinguistics at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań to take part in the award ceremony for the best students of Korean Studies. Our company was represented by: Piotr Blachura – HR Director, Kyoungwon Bae – HR Professional, Agnieszka Szamborska – Translation Department Manager, and Magdalena Pawłowska-Kinas – Senior HR Specialist, as well as Shugyla Tazhibay – Senior Translation Specialist.
Awards for the best students
During the event, nine students were recognised for achieving the highest results on the Korean language practical skills exam in the 2024/2025 academic year. The awardees received diplomas and gifts – vouchers to the D-ART bookstore funded by LG Energy Solution Wrocław.
The ceremony was accompanied by an artistic performance – a traditional Korean fan dance presented by the Hae-eo-hwa ensemble, composed of Korean Studies students.
Developing cooperation with UAM
During the visit, representatives of LG Energy Solution Wrocław also met with staff members of the Department of Korean Language and the dean’s team of the Faculty of Ethnolinguistics. The discussions concerned the existing cooperation and opportunities to deepen it further, including support for educational initiatives and activities related to the Korean language and culture.
