Internship for students - LG Energy Solution

Our internship programme was created for young people entering the job market. We offer students a 3-month paid internship under the supervision of an experienced company employee, during which students can complete an apprenticeship. As one of the largest employers in the Lower Silesia region, we also offer programme participants specialized training confirmed by certificates. And all this in our company town, i.e. on nearly 100 hectares in Biskupice Podgórne near Wrocław, where one of the most modern production plants in the world is located.

We provide internships or apprenticeships necessary for university credits - there are no limits with us! You can apply for an internship/apprenticeship position at any time and gain valuable experience in the industry of the future.

Working with us will enable you to develop your professional skills in every business area of the company. We offer a form of contract-based employment for a period of 3 to 6 months, paid on the basis of hours worked. At the end of your contract, we hope you will stay with us for a longer period as a technician, operator, specialist or engineer.

Onboarding

Joint onboarding for all interns from all areas, during which you will learn about the company’s mission and vision, history and corporate culture, as well as the process of construction and production of batteries. You will have the opportunity to integrate together in a get-to-know-you workshop or lunch. There will also be a starter pack of goodies waiting for you. We hope you enjoy it!

Training

On-the-job training, during which you will get to know your internship supervisor and the induction programme

Competence development

During your internship, we will offer you training in soft and hard competences confirmed by certificates. Test yourself in agile, scrum, advanced battery production, lean management, PLC. Gain knowledge in the area of six sigma yellow belt, ISO 9001, 8d or 5S

Feedback

You will take part in regular meetings with the training department manager and receive feedback on the progress of your internship

Support during the modification and improvement of the production process flow, assistance in the implementation and start-up of new processes and process lines, participation in the implementation and start-up of new processes and process lines, definition of production parameters and their control, assistance in the identification of problems and implementation of preventive solutions.

Supporting production and maintenance in solving technical problems. Defining and controlling production parameters, creating, controlling and standardising production process documentation (work instructions, Control Plans, procedures), preparing reports and statements of production indicators, assisting in the modification and improvement of the production process.

Practical support of technicians in emergency situations, assistance in ensuring the continuity of machinery operation, participation in the planning of maintenance, inspection and overhaul of machinery, monitoring and reporting of departmental KPIs and support of production and maintenance in solving technical problems.
