Wrocław, 20 November 2025 – LG Energy Solution Wrocław hosted an open day for journalists. Representatives of national and local media were invited to explore previously unseen training and laboratory spaces located in the technology park in Biskupice Podgórne: the Quality Experience Room and the Test & Validation Lab. After touring the production area, journalists met with the company’s President, Jangha Lee, who answered questions about the Żarnowiec project for PGE and the company’s plans for the coming years.
LG Energy Solution announced that its integrated battery life management solution, ‘Better.Re,’ has been named an honoree in the Vehicle Tech & Advanced Mobility category at the CES® 2026 Innovation Awards. This marks the first time a battery company has earned this recognition purely through software technology.
Just one week to go until our Open Media Day — taking place on November 20! It’s already the 4th edition of this event. The main theme of this year’s edition will be quality in the production of batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage systems – a key issue from the perspective of electromobility development, energy transition, and LG Energy Solution Wrocław’s position as a leader in this field. And here’s what we’ve prepared for this year.
The event took place on November 7 and brought together representatives from academia, business, and public administration, creating a space for sharing experiences and inspiration between Poland and South Korea. Korean Day at the University of Wrocław was a joint initiative of LG Energy Solution Wrocław and the Faculty of Neophilology at the University of Wrocław, aiming to highlight the richness of Korean culture and emphasize the importance of intercultural dialogue in building relationships between the worlds of science, technology, and business.
LG Energy Solution posts KRW 5.7 trillion in consolidated revenue and KRW 601.3 billion in operating profit in Q3 2025. The company secured 120GWh of order backlog for its ESS batteries and over 300GWh for its 46-Series cylindrical batteries. During the academic year inauguration at the Wrocław University WSB Merito, our company was honored with the “Business Partner of the Year 2025” award.
