The company LG Energy Solution Wrocław has been ranked among the best Polish employers in the ranking developed by Forbes Polska and Statista – ‘Poland’s Best Employers 2024’. The compilation includes 300 companies operating in Poland, whose positively distinguished HR activities deserve recognition.
This marks the fourth edition of the most popular ranking that gathers top Polish employers. The ‘Best Employers in Poland’ ranking is a prestigious list that annually recognizes companies for their outstanding achievements in human resource management. In 2024, the collaboration between Forbes magazine and the analytical-research company Statista resulted in the selection of the 300 best employers in Poland. The ranking highlights companies that not only respond to market needs but also create transparent pay policies and prioritize the well-being of their employees.
In recent years, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine, the ranking emphasized the importance of flexibility and companies’ ability to quickly adapt to changing work conditions. Employee safety and well-being have become key evaluation criteria.
Klaudia Piątek, the spokesperson for LG Energy Solution Wrocław, emphasizes that as an employer, their priority is to show respect for employees’ commitment, enable and support their development, and treat them fairly. – As a company employing several thousand people from various nationalities, they address different challenges and expectations of their workforce every day. They reward hard work, prioritize employee comfort and health, and offer a wide range of opportunities for professional and personal growth. Receiving recognition in such an excellent ranking is crucial for them, as it validates the direction they have chosen and meets the expectations of the demanding job market. – says Piątek.
The ‘Best Employers in Poland’ ranking not only serves as an accolade for companies but also provides valuable information for job seekers who want to choose an employer offering the best working conditions.
The foundation of ‘Poland’s Best Employers 2024’ is based on a detailed methodology that considers opinions from over 20,000 employees. Survey participants evaluate their employers across various dimensions, including job satisfaction, employment conditions, development opportunities, and workplace atmosphere. The list is compiled from approximately 2,000 companies employing a minimum of 250 workers in Poland. As emphasized by the ranking’s organizers, companies do not pay for placement on the ‘Forbes’ list; they only pay for extended profile features.
